shipping 

once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email confirming their shipping information. 

it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees/duties that may be incurred with the order upon delivery. 

returns 

orders are final sale.

if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it if available.  if not, we will issue a full refund.
